Staying at this hotel was a real treat! The rooms were beautifully decorated with some traditional touches, and the outdoor space was lovely. The service was outstanding, from the friendly and professional staff to the great amenities offered. The location provided a refreshing change and easy access to all the must-see attractions in Marrakech. The dining experience left a bit to be desired, but overall, my stay was fantastic.

The hotel room was not as spacious as expected for the price we paid, in need of refurbishment and plumbing repairs; however, it still offered a cozy and spacious atmosphere. The service was exceptional, with a warm and friendly approach, going above and beyond to assist during unexpected circumstances. The location, although not particularly appealing outside the hotel and shared lounges, provided a well-cared-for setting. The dining options were somewhat limited but offered a mix of Moroccan and English varieties, heavy on sweets. Overall, the facilities could benefit from improvements, yet the establishment managed to deliver a satisfying experience.

The hotel's location is ideal, close to the Hivernage district, offering a peaceful environment away from the chaos of the medina. The rooms were cozy and clean, providing a lovely atmosphere for relaxation. The service was exceptional with staff going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay, although the dining options left more to be desired. Overall, a great place to catch some sun rays and unwind, despite some dining limitations.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms, decorated traditionally, made me feel so special with their cozy and perfectly clean setup.
