Mixed feelings about the stay.
unhelpful staffoverpriced food
One member of the staff was quite presumptuous. They did not appear to know much English. This staff member seemed upset for the remainder of our trip because of a misunderstanding, unpleasant. The food felt overpriced. I found the food to lack the flavors I usually expect from Morocco. The meal cost €150 for two people, disappointing.

the room looked nice, but some items weren't new. a few items were broken and didn't worked well. i missed better details.

loud eventpublic lecture
The event on saturday was so loud, it was right above my room. I wasn't warned, really annoying. I had to ask for earplugs, then a bellman had to bring them. the check-in was also stressful. My husband forgot his passport in casablanca! the owner lectured us in front of everyone. It was so embarrassing, and unnecessary i think.
